Tom represents companies and individuals facing a variety of legal challenges. His practice focuses on contract disputes, fraud claims, and business torts.
Before founding Potomac Litigation, Tom was a senior associate at a preeminent international firm. There, he focused on high-stakes commercial disputes, class actions, derivative actions, and cybersecurity litigation.
Before entering private practice, Tom clerked for Judge Michael Devine of the Fairfax Circuit Court and Judge Thomas Ludington of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
In law school, Tom was an articles editor for the George Mason Law Review. Before law school, Tom was a master captain in the merchant marines.
